I would like to say that I'm very happy with the service I've received from Ryan and Michael at Hansen Plumbing & Heating Ltd Both were very professional, polite and efficient They answered all my questions and gave suggestions or alternatives if necessary They were also honest about whether something needed to be replaced or not There was no pressure Initially the request was to replace a couple of outside taps, however, I also decided to change the hot water tank and they were able to do it all at the same time; they didn't have to come back another day Great efficiency and time management for everyone This company was referred to me and I can certainly see why I will be happy to refer other friends and family to this company in the future Thank you very much for the great service
