The salesman lied about the start up cost and told us $a visitCome to find out that's a $start up fee A tech came to the house and was rude and sexist (and I'm a guy) kept saying "women can't handle this stuff"He had me move my stove out and did a sloppy job of leaving the copper mesh sticking out of the holeNow I'm and the service field myself, one you never ask the customer for help and two keep you belief to yourselfHe put glue trap and wooden trap all around my kitchen in open, easy to see areas including my cabinetsPlus poison behind my dog food ...which if I'm not mistaken mouse poison is a blood thinner and makes mice thirstyTherefore they would most likely try to drink out of my dogs water bowl........smart!! I called THAT DAY to cancel my service and had the pleasure of speaking to their pompous branch manager AnthonyI admit I greeted this guy with a very unsatisfied attitude, but when you tell me you are going to charge me close to $for $worth of home depot mouse traps and I have to remove the traps with the half dead mice on them myself or wait for the next visit I don't see how many people could be happy with thisI canceled the service with Anthony and told him I would pay $for the day and thought that would be it but he said he would just cancel the account A few weeks later the office is calling me to schedule an appointment for saturday I told the lady on the phone (Christina) that I canceled the accountLater that night I received a call from my dear friend Anthoney the branch managerHe was a little nicer this time (must be the holidays) and thought he was doing me a favor and only charge me $for doing a half- [redacted] jobSo me, MrJolly, decided to put my offer back on the table, $for the trouble of the tech coming outAnthony didn't like this and told me he was going to send me to collection if I didn't paySo guess who is calling the Revdex.comI think I was plenty fair hereIts sad that $is this much trouble for a big company like Craig Thomas

A tech came to the house and was rude and sexist (and I'm a guy) kept saying "women can't handle this stuff". He had me move my stove out and did a sloppy job of leaving the copper mesh sticking out of the hole. Now I'm and the service field myself, one you never ask the customer for help and two keep you belief to yourself.
