The company is using an auto dialing program Each time it is a sales representative from *** They say it is in regards to prime when I ask what is going on every single time I then ask to be put on the do not call list I am not a client, but am being harassed by an outsourced sales force

To whom it concern, We do not have this person as a client nor do we have his phone number in our systemWe do have many re-sellers for our producst and that might be where the call is coming from?Im not sure how to resolve as his number is blocked from our phone system.Thank you, ***

Although Prime recorded me agreeing to their Terms during the initial set up of the account, I was called by them within the first month to pay for a second term I was not satisfied with their service by the end of the first month and requested for refund and cancellation at the same time but no one took me seriously I am sure I requested for a refund more than once I am letting them keep the first month of payment and am still requesting for the three consecutive payments charged Thank you!***
