To
Whom It May Concern:            This letter is in response to a
letter we received from you concerning a situation with [redacted].  This young man came into our shop 3/30/16
with a [redacted]p truck.  He first
asked us...

to Mount/Balance 4 tires and complete an alignment on his vehicle.  We were able to Mount/Balance 4 tires for him
for $40.  We were not able to complete
his alignment at that time because he needed to replace several suspension
parts.  Also, we noticed that his
steering wheel was upside down and also was for a [redacted] truck, he owns a
GMC.   On 4/8/16 [redacted] returned asking us to align the vehicle because he and
his father replaced the parts at home themselves.  The parts that they installed in their back
yard were not installed 100% correctly causing us to spend several hours
aligning the vehicle and we also turned the wheel the correct way which is
considered part of the alignment – straightening the steering wheel to correct
up and down position.  When [redacted] picked
his truck up we let him know there was an issue with his steering gear box that
would not allow him the correct amount of turns to the left and to the
right.  Also noted on his ticket was that
his gas straps holding his gas tank on were dangerously close to breaking
causing his gas tank to drop.  Normally an alignment cost $59.95 and takes approximately 30-45
minutes.  We spent several hours fixing
his mistakes and attempting to correct his steering wheel.  Unfortunately, there was no way to tell prior
to the alignment that this would be the outcome.   If you have any further questions please
feel free to give us a call!Sincerely, Craig L[redacted]

Review: Took a vehicle to get aligned for $59.95. I went to pick it up and they charged me $140 and when I left the shop I couldn't turn right at all, then I come to notice the vehicle was way out of alignment. The repair wasn't done like supposed to, and they did work on the vehicle without being asked to do so. When I called to try to resolve the problem I got cussed out by the owner.Desired Settlement: I would like to get a refund as the work I asked to have done wasn't correctly done and I had a rude encounter when I confronted them about jt
