The email I received from Revdex.com said to email if anything else happened with this case. Craig had said he'd give us a partial refund (half of the storage fee and the towing fee- because they were going to charge AAA again). Weeks and weeks have passed and we had given up hope, but we FINALLY received...

a check in the mail for $100. So we're only out $50 now. Thanks,Allyce [redacted]

I had my worst towing experience of my life with Craig's this evening.
They were 30+ minutes late after I waited for over an hour from the initial call. With that, they not once called me to let me know they were running late or ran into unforeseen circumstances.
I called them after waiting for about 15 minutes to let them know I wanted to change the address the vehicle was supposed to be towed to. The person on the other line would not let me tell them the new address and said "just tell the driver when he gets there". This meant I had to wait for the driver to arrive, again without any notification of being late.
I finally called them about 30 minutes after their scheduled time to arrive to inform them of the time. The person on the other line was defensive and not an ounce apologetic for their failure to provide me with service and reasonable communication. I provided this person the updated address (like I had originally intended) and left the vehicle.
About 10 minutes after leaving the vehicle, I get a phone call from the driver asking where I was parked and that he would "be there soon". I told him I left the vehicle, left the key on the front seat, and made sure he had the updated towing address. He then proceeded to ask where the key was if I wasn't there and I explained again that I left it on the front seat.
So about 2 hours later after my meetings, I decided to take a drive to make sure the vehicle got where it needed to be. Sure enough the vehicle was gone from where I had left it. I drove to the repair shop to make sure it was there. Sure if enough, there it was sitting in the parking lot. The only problem was the emergency lights were still blinking!! So I had to drive all the way back home to get my spare key just to drive back to turn the flashers off so I wouldn't also have to pay for a new battery on top of whatever else is wrong with the vehicle.
I unrecommend Craig's Towing and always will after tonight.

Craig's Towing & Repair towed our truck from the parking lot where we were moving my daughter in. It was a Sunday morning with one other car in the lot. The driver offered to take $50 cash to unhook our truck. They troll around lots looking for unsuspecting people to rip off when their true purpose is supposed to be to remove cars when they are parked so tenants cannot park in their spots. So greedy and sleazy!

I had my car parked at jades in lacrosse, wi. College students have been parking there for months now since there is no sign that your car will be towed if you park there. Haven given absolutely no notice. Craig's towing removed all the cars in the parking lot and made them all pay $132. These are all college students who are barely getting by as it is! I will never ever refer or use Craig's towing. In fact I will make sure that everyone I know will be told what happened to us!
