We took a test drive in a new truckI looked and made a specific comment that it had to have a CD player in it which it did Went in and wrote up a deal and took the vehicle home Three days later I got a call from the dealership telling me the truck I bought was not the one I test drove and took home The one I test drove had a CD player in it but the one they put me in after the three days did not have a CD player My opinion here it was a basic "bait and switch" situation The one I test drove had chrome bumpers and the one they gave me later had black painted bumpers Horrible way to do business DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Go somewhere they will respect you as a customer
