BEWARE! Very deceptive and dishonest dealership. They added warranty/protection premiums totaling $4800.00 to my contract without my knowledge and presented it as Hyundai's standard warranty. They won't give you any paperwork so you can't see what they've added. I received the paperwork in the mail 1 1/2 months later. I contacted them about cancelling the premiums. I had to drive 3 hours to the dealership to sign the paperwork. They wouldn't let me E sign the paperwork. Then they charged me $130.00 cancellation fees. If they had been up front and asked me if I wanted this coverage I would have so I said no. I should not be charged these fees. They should have been honest and up front instead of being deceptive. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

This is the worst dealership in Arkansas, after over a month of attempting to cancel a warranty contract and after talking with several different employees we are still no closer to having this issue dealt with. Today we were told they needed more information, which when asked on several occasions before we were told they had it all and that the cancellation was processing. The finance department was rude, but we overlooked that because we could just take our business elsewhere if they don't care about their customers. Buying the car was easy, getting anything done after they have your money is close to impossible. They could use some better training, and they need some serious work on customer service. Now we have no point but to get the run around again, and continue waiting for something to be done.

On Saturday they told us they could get us the car we wanted from Evansville, IN and it would be in by Wednesday. On Friday, they said the Santa Fe we wanted was totaled in a storm and they might be able to find us another one in a warehouse. I called the dealership in Evansville, IN and the dealer said we could come test drive the Santa Fe on Monday. As of one week later, the vehicle is still on their website.

When m y wife brought back the loaner Santa Fe, one salesman said the problem was the dealer just contacted him back about the Santa Fe while another salesman said it was totaled. They didn't have their lies straight.

They also told my wife that her interest rate came back at 3.9% from US Bank. When she saw her US Bank status report it actually came back at 2.0%.

They also put down a different vin number down on her paper work. It looks like they never tried to get us the SUV we wanted and they planned to bait and switch us all along.

Why would you tell us you could get the SUV from Indiana if you never planned on getting us the vehicle we actually wanted?
