Review: I attempted to purchase a subscription/membership to their website cram101.com for $19.95 a month on 9/25/13. During the sign-up process their website got completely stuck on the credit card processing screen and would not go any further. After 1/2 hr of waiting I had to close the browser as it would not continue the account setup process - I never got to choose a user name or password, so I never actually got an account. Lo and behold they charged my card the $19.95 anyways. I contact them on 9/25/13 and they asked for the name and last 4 of the credit card I used which I gave them. I contact them again on 9/26 (no response), 9/27 all they sent for a response was that they had the "right" to charge me and pasted in their entire legal agreement - which they already broke themselves by not providing me with an account in the first place! So their little contract is null and void. They refused to set up my account that I paid for, they refused to refund me, they refused to do anything to remedy this situation. I already put through a chargeback via paypal (who is the company my credit card is thru).Desired Settlement: I want my $19.95 refunded at this point (one way or another) as it is obvious these people are NOT honest and even if they do set up my account at this point I no longer want it because if I ever cancel they will probably just keep charging me as they are CROOKS!

Review: I was unable to contact the site to cancel my account and the contact us tab has no way to send them any email or message. Review: This book purchased by one of my frineds kid by mistake. Well,when I read it. It advertised that they have full quiz in the content. However, when I review this content, it just simply highlight the textbook, NO inside!This is ripoff and these people r not honest! They r lying! We received a call from the customer’s Credit card Company on June 2nd, 2015. After speaking to the representative it was found that the customer was charged twice for the same book. A refund for the 2nd charge was immediately processed and refunded (receipt is available if needed). The customer continued to dispute the first charge saying that they never made those charges. We provided information provided to us from the customer during registration, after confirming with the customer and the representative that the information we had was correct the credit card company representative thanked us for our time and stated that the company would not file a chargeback because this was a legitimate charge to them (after verifying customers email, school registered). The customer then continued to dispute the charges and emailing our representatives the attached emails. All our email responses took place after the first call with the credit card company’s representative. We found that the original charge was a legitimate charge and declined to refund it. Review: I purchased a paper study guide book from this company. After receiving the book, I found a promo code inside that offered 50% off the membership fee for a supplemental online website . It sounded like a good deal, and I was all for obtaining another form of study material seeing as it would be half off $19.95. Immediatly after signing up for this service, I checked my online banking account and saw that I was charged the full membership fee...no discount was included as I was promised. I emailed them with my issue, and received a reply which simply contained their terms of service(which I had already read). I am very dissatisfied with their way of business. They take advantage of students and make sure to never refund their members or even work with them to settle an issue. They simply forward you their terms of service and are done with the matter. When I replied to their reply email, they sent me back an email saying "I am sorry but your message could not be delivered. For all correspondence with Cram101.com please use the Contact Us button located on all pages of Cram101.com.Best RegardsCram101"UNACCEPTABLE.Desired Settlement: If unable to be refunded the full $19.95, I would at least like to be refunded $9.97 since I entered a promo code which promised this discounted amount would be charged. I am completely dissatisfied with this business and their product.

Review: I bought the book for one reason to study. The study material does not match the text book. This is a ripoff. the inside cover indicates after each chapter that you have the opportunity to buy a 99 cent practice test. I can't use the web address listed. example: http://www.epub12.56.22134.1.cram101.com/ this does not exists. I tried cram101.com for customer service and that does not exists either. I payed 30.00 for this book. this is a rip off. I want my money back and now I have to try to return the book.
