Dear Revdex.com,Attached is the response from our office in regards to the complaint by our tenant Ms*** I have not even had a chance to read this but know that it needs to get turned inI have been told the details via my office as well as speaking with Ms*** who I understand has been a
long term resident at the Timbers which we really strive to have is long term happy tenants. I do not believe Timbers rentals did anything incorrectly becauseThe original judgement behind all of this was brought on by the tenant not paying their rent on time causing Timbers rentals to have to have this filedOur office had already given Ms*** not only one but maybe more than one copy of the letter stating she had paid her behind payments. We cannot get this cleared up with the credit bureau by contacting themIt looks like my office had notified Ms*** has to contact the credit reporting agenciesherself and deny the judgement than the agencies contact us for informationSupposedly it does not work the other way.We at Timbers Rentals are sorry she is having this issue and feel like we have done everything we can to get it resolved.Thanks,*** Cramer*** *** ***

Dear Revdex.com, The following Attachments is documentation from our office of the facts that took place regarding the issue
of being able to reimburse Ms*** for expenses she is claiming she incurred while having A/C repairs done to her apartmentWe require receipts from licensed A/C contractors that would be qualified to do such repairsIf the repairs are not done by such company there are potential safety hazards as well as potential damages to the A/C system that could take place As you can see by the receipt Ms*** finally submitted to us only after she submitted the complaint with the Revdex.com there is no company name on itOnce we have a receipt from her from a licensed A/C company we will be glad to reimburse or credit her account for the repairs she is claiming were preformedWe wait for Ms***’s responce so we can get this matter corrected. I am rejecting this response because: I sent them an invoice that was given to me by a friend who called out the HVAC technician. I have no idea what company this tech works for all I know is he was licensed. Cramer investment company never keeps their word about fixing things in apartment so I doubt they will refund money I had to spend unnecessarily.

This is the first I have heard of this. Our office is closed for the holidays until Monday the 28th but I will get with them and hopefully have a response by Wednesday the 30th!

Enclosed is our record of service calls to this apartment.  Each time we have had a service tech out within a matter of days.They have said that the problem was the tenant had to many devices plugged in and drawing to much electrical current.  We have sent another tech out and on 3/3/16...

repairs were completed.  We are hoping this resolves the problem.
