February 4, 2016Dear [redacted] : I am writing this letter in response to the absurd accusations you have received from [redacted] ***, regarding our tow service that was provided to him Tuesday, January 19, 2016First, [redacted] states in his complaint that the "truck guy" took advantage of him, and, he was in a "reg car." Our driver, Joseph E [redacted] happens to be related to [redacted] *** In addition, MrE [redacted] does not even own a vehicle of his own [redacted] called MrE [redacted] and told him that he was in a car accident and he wanted him to tow his vehicle MrE [redacted] phone me and asked if he could tow [redacted] ***'s car, and that he had full coverage insurance I agreed to the tow [redacted] authorized my driver to tow his vehicleThree hours after the tow service had been completed, [redacted] phoned me to request pickup of the vehicle I stated there was a tow charge still owed My company does not accept [redacted] * I have not heard anything else from [redacted] since that phone callI attached a copy of the tow invoice that breaks down the charges I am also attaching a copy of the letter I received from [redacted] *** I am unsure the order of the letter since the pages are not numbered, as well as, the letter being confusing to read and understand (Clearly no disrespect) Until receiving [redacted] ***'s letter in the mail, he as in NO WAY, contacted me regarding his vehicle All [redacted] needed to do was call me and ask whatever questions he had/has There was no need for him to contact the Revdex.com, or write the letter to me He should have called me FIRST, and I absolutely would have negotiated with him the charges for the tow service Respectfully submitted, Robert COwner
