in our office at your time of checkout as do most of our patients do(See attached schedule audit history)We do not have a phone conversation recording because we do not record our patient phone calls, but we do have an appointment audit history showing the June appointment was made at your last recall date while you were in our office, on December 4th, Our policy is typically a $missed appointment fee This fee has nothing to do with Insurance, as we don’t bill insurance companies for an appointment a patient has missedWe very rarely have patients miss their appointments but things do happen and we do understand if something comes up and a patient cannot make their appointmentThis policy is to prevent chronic missed appointments. However, we typically adjust this fee off, if it is a first occurrence of a missed appointment, as a courtesy to our patients As you can see we have adjusted off your missed appointment fee and your account balance is at zero (see attached statement)This was done after receiving your voice mailWe did try to contact you two times on 6/20/and left a message telling you this informationWe take great pride in the care for our patientsWe hope to have open communications between us and our patients This Current misunderstands could have been avoided if you have discussed this matter with us directly via the phone or in person rather than the matter in which you have chose to resolve this.A copy of this letter will be sent to the Revdex.com and the office of the Attorney General.If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me at ###-###-####.Dentist/Owner CFD
