Cranberry Hill Bed & Breakfast

The owner of this place reacted to an overall negative review (although the food and bed comfort were highly praised) in an extremely unprofessional manner. He insulted his customer, made rude comments about her weight, her occupation, her faith, among other things. He also threatened to "ruin" and said no one likes that customer or her family (he's never met her family) Another family member was rudely spoken to when he called to verify it was the owner making the rude comments and not some jokester. Even though I did not stay there, I would never recommend this place based on my written exchange with this person and the horrible comments he made to others. Very rude and a potty mouth. No attempt was ever made to give an apology or a way to make things better.

My review is below. More importantly I must share that [redacted]s listed at the contact person - but the B&B is being run by her son [redacted] He is a [redacted] When he read my review he responded by insulting me.
I really wish I had stayed somewhere else.
My room didn't have
- an alarm clock
- hand towels
- wash cloths
- shampoo
- conditioner
- an accessible outlet
- an outlet in the bathroom
- a remote for the tv
The door to my room stuck so I had to fight with it to open it, bathroom door had the opposite problem, it wouldn't close.
When there was something I needed (like the list of items up above) I was basically told that I could hunt around the other rooms (as I was the only guest) to find what I needed/wanted - instead of receiving an apology and having the item brought to me. [redacted] (the proprietor) has little to no idea what hospitality is.
