Check in begins at 02:PM and check out is by 11:AM on Sunday, September 6, This rate is eligible for partner rewards? If this rate is changed you may no longer be entitled to partner rewardsRates quoted are per day and may fluctuate dependent upon local tax laws? Where required by law, rates and total packages cost may include taxes? If you are exempt from any of these taxes, please present all required documentation at time of check in? Your reservation has been guaranteed by CREDIT CARD? If you need to cancel this reservation, you must do so by PM local hotel time, days before the date of arrival to avoid a cancellation PENALTY? Unfortunately, things do come up but due to the fact that you had tried to cancel this reservation well passed the cancellation deadline, you did get charged a penalty fee as stated in the confirmation email? Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Evidently they did not read my complaint clearly.? It's just a ridiculous policy? that Econo Lodge has implemented.? How can you even cancel a reservation when you make a reservation within the day cancellation period?? As I've stated previously I will never stay with any Choice Hotels again!!? I also would appreciate? if I could be refunded from my? supposedly second night stay.? Econo? Lodge said I would be charged a nights stay since I cancelled my reservation and so far I have been charged a two night stayGood grief!!? II asked for this to be resolved by the manager giving me some financial compensation for the inconvenience? Yes, it's great to use this as feedback but I still will not recommend this hotel if I have friends and/or family visiting that areaThe morning clerk was very rude and wouldn't do anything to make my family come backMost hotels are able to do something at that momentEven if we we're given a different room I wouldn't be as dissatisfiedIf I can't get this resolved my next step will be to the attorney general of Wyoming.?
