To Whom It May Concern:We consider it an honor to serve our clients and are saddened when they pass.We assist individuals in monthly budgeting and paying their monthly bills.It is our goal to insure our clients have funds throughout the entire month.When a client passes, the balance in their account is returned to Social Security minusthe amount that may be available for burial expenses.Social Security requires us to keep the client's account information confidential.We have been in contact with [redacted] Home and are able to pay hisburial expenses The balance of his account will be returned to SSA.There is a death benefit available from SSA, but it is determined by SSAwho receives that benefit.If we may further assist you please let us know[redacted] Director of Services

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.Additionally, I would like to say that if the business would have contacted me and explained this then we could have avoided this entire issueI am very disappointed in their customer service and how they treat their clients and family of clients.
