Good Afternoon,My technician road tested car, and then did visual inspection on steering and suspensionWe identified a worn left outer tie rod end(safety issue), and broken front sway bar link, and worn sway bar link, causing a noise*** **vised customer about worn/broken steering and
suspension parts, and presented estimateVisually did not see any issue with strutsAlso hard it is very difficult to diagnose all noises with several parts worn or brokenTo futher diagnose strut/bearing noise, struts will need to be removed from vehicle and dis-assembled to futher check.car is Also we identified a worn engine mount, and worn tires, which customer declined Car was not mis-diagnosed, we did repair several safety related issuesHowever it did not remedy customers complaintI have no issue refunding customer money spent on this repair if it did not resolve complaint Customer can contact office, and we will refund to credit card.*** ***
