The following is a brief description of our complaint with the failure to provide requested services and goodsI have a couple of pages of additional complaints that speak only to their poor service but are not of a legal nature
Sometime around the first of the year, I contacted my sliding glass door manufacturer to discuss the failure of the sliding mechanismThey ultimately referred me to a local glass company called Crandell Glass, LLCI contacted Crandell Glass and was told they could show up the next dayThey came as promised and looked at the issue and said they would price the materials and get back to me with a quoteI asked at that time if they could also quote me on repairing the self-closing mechanism on the screen door associated with the sliding glass doorThis was my only request of them concern

In April of we had *** an Estimator come out to see what it would cost to replace our living room picture window The old one we had since had two sliding parts that were meant for an evaperative cooler Since we have had A/C for many years we wanted a on piece window We wanted to keep the dust and noise out *** treated us just great and we were very pleased with the window that the nice guys installed We could not be more happy with the results ***, *** and all whom we dealt with were very professional and people persons
