I could not find a stove I like in store . Salesman found one on computer , Sales man misrepresented stove . I am not happy with it . It cooks terrible and has air fry feature I did not want . Delivery was feb 7 2020. I called on March 1 but was told no one could pick up in a pandemic . I waited until today , because of the world emergency pandemic was fresh and new through March and I have no used the stove . They told me they refuse to exchange it or return my money. Please help. I did the right thing. People were dyeing and to have somebody come to get the stove was a health concern , I am disabled and have

My name is *** and I am the Sales Manager at Crane Appliance. I received a call from the salesperson *** stating the customer would like to speak the manager. I spoke to *** on 4/25/20 which was the only communication I had with her. In response to her statement she was offered alternatives to the range she was looking for and agreed to purchase the one sold. I asked her if there was anything wrong with the range, as we could set up a service call and she stated "there wasn't" but just didn't like it. I asked why she waited until April 25th to contact us with any issues and her response was " Do you expect me to call you in the middle of a pandemic" to which I responded that a stay at home order was not instructed until March 16th in . and that we have been operating business as usual before and during the pandemic as we are essential employees. I explained our policy, which is clearly stated on the 2nd page of the invoice that open box product is non returnable. I offered to attempt to sell her range on consignment and she said there is a 30 day return policy in *** and I needed to honor that.. I explained that I didn't believe that to be true, but even if it were she is outside that window. She was not satisfied with the option provided and opted to file a complaint.

First I stand by my complaint. I did contact them. March 1 it was declared a national pandemic by WHO and during February every station said to stay home, I used to be a nurse and I understand what a pandemic is and how long it takes for WHO to declare it , As far as the stove being boxed ? It was not and was carried into my home unboxed . I’m not even sure if it is a used stove. The sales man ordered it on line and said if I did not like it , I could return it in a reasonable amount of time , but the virus struck the news in February and was shortly named a Pandemic within two weeks . I have *** and I am disabled. I simple want a refund . As they stated they can sell it on consignment for themself after they take it back .Thank-you for your time . Stay safe

I spoke to the salesperson who stated she came to the showroom and looked at the range and the air fryer feature was discussed as well as a refrigerator which was also purchased.. This was a cash transaction which can only be done in the showroom. I have attached a copy of the invoice. During delivery we unbox all appliances to check for damage, take pictures before they enter and again after they are installed. At no point did the salesperson offer to take it back if she didn't like it.. I offered to sell it on consignment as a courtesy which is stated on the invoice.

*** and *** I went in to buy a refrigerator and sales man told me it would fit in the space at my home , I looked at the stoves in his show room and did not find one I liked On my way out the door , the sales man yelled over he found one on line that had convection bake and roast . The salesman said his sister lived hers and bakes a lot too . I then asked if I buy it On his word and not seeing it , if I don’t like it can I return it . The sales man said yes. I was not told about air fry , and when I got a call days later , the sales man told me I needed another rack for it. I did call and in February the virus was a huge concern , March 1 WHO announced a national pandemic . I was a nurse and I followed it closely . I did call in Feb and March .
