I went here with a trade inI have bad credit and the car I traded in wasn't perfectI was greeted by John and he asked a few questions and started to get to work on my applicationI didn't wait very long and he came back with an approval, a more than fair trade in value and a great interest rate for my credit rating on a reasonably priced vehicleWhat a great experienceNo hassle, straight forward and genuinely nice during the whole processI will recommend this dealer and John to anyone looking for a great experience at what is usually a stressful time for people with less than perfect creditI wasn't taken advantage of, no high mileage car for high prices and updates keeping me notified of the progress until the transaction was completed

I purchased a Flex-A-Bed Hi Lo from this company recently for my elderly mother who had an extended stay in the hospital She was used to a queen-size mattress on her platform bed Her condition necessitated getting a hospital-type bed, but a hospital bed was too narrow for her likingI also ordered this bed because it was the only adjustable bed that would go up and down I initially ordered the bed from a pleasant customer service agent The order receipt was sent to my e-mail address A few days later, I inadvertently erased that e-mail and called customer service and requested to have the e-mail receipt sent again This agent, whose name was Ashley B, I believe, was very offhanded, and the first thing she said was "***?", which was probably the order number, which I did not recall, since I no longer had an order to refer to I said "***, what does that mean?" You have to understand that this initial encounter with her was not pleasant, and I reacted accordingly (I was not pleasant either), because this was bad customer serviceshe definitely had an attitude, and I'm not used to that type of behavior She sent me the e-mail receipt Then I asked her when the item was shipped, and if so, was there tracking information She looked it up, which took a while, and said "it was shipped, you got some paper to take it down?" I asked her to send me the information as another e-mail, and that I would not terminate the phone conversation I had with her until I received the information She sent me the tracking information, and I terminated the phone conversation quite abruptly, because by that time I was thoroughly angry with her attitude When I received the bed, I noticed that even at its lowest setting, it was much higher than a hospital bed, and my mother couldn't get on the bed by herself without assistance I called Flex-A-Bed ( not this company that I'm complaining about), and the agent promised to send me leg plugs to put on the legs after the casters would be removed to decrease the height of the bed by inches This did not solve the issue, and the agent told me to contact the Medical Department Store to see if they had a mattress exchange program to get a lower profile mattress to decrease the height of the bed even more I called the Medical Department Store again and asked if they had an exchange program, and the agent (possibly Ashely again) took a long time to answer me again, and it was like "pulling teeth" to get an answer from her I had to explain and RE-explain the situation to her, and there was no empathynothingjust dead air for almost a minute before she would even answer me Then she went off the phone, and after about a minute (it seemed like several minutes to me), she told me that if the cover was off the mattress, then they wouldn't exchange it I had another call coming through while I was talking to her, and since I'm the caretaker of my mother, I had to end the callshe would probably state that ended the call abruptly, but that was not the case Since she told me that they would not exchange the mattress, I decided that it would be useless to call back anyway Now, I realize that I should have probably figured out the height of the bed with the mattress before I ordered it, and I should have reviewed their exchange policyI will own up to that It was just the attitude of the customer service that I received that put a bad taste in my mouth Of course, I will never do business with this company again, and I will tell any of my friends to do the same

I initially ordered the bed from a pleasant customer service agent. The order receipt was sent to my e-mail address. A few days later, I inadvertently erased that e-mail and called customer service and requested to have the e-mail receipt sent again. This agent, whose name was Ashley B, I believe, was very offhanded, and the first thing she said was "[redacted]?", which was probably the order number, which I did not recall, since I no longer had an order to refer to. I said "[redacted], what does that mean?" You have to understand that this initial encounter with her was not pleasant, and I reacted accordingly (I was not pleasant either), because this was bad customer serviceshe definitely had an attitude, and I'm not used to that type of behavior. When I received the bed, I noticed that even at its lowest setting, it was much higher than a hospital bed, and my mother couldn't get on the bed by herself without assistance. I called Flex-A-Bed ( not this company that I'm complaining about), and the agent promised to send me leg plugs to put on the legs after the casters would be removed to decrease the height of the bed by 2 inches. This did not solve the issue, and the agent told me to contact the Medical Department Store to see if they had a mattress exchange program to get a lower profile mattress to decrease the height of the bed even more. I called the Medical Department Store again and asked if they had an exchange program, and the agent (possibly Ashely again) took a long time to answer me again, and it was like "pulling teeth" to get an answer from her. I had to explain and RE-explain the situation to her, and there was no empathynothingjust dead air for almost a minute before she would even answer me. Then she went off the phone, and after about a minute (it seemed like several minutes to me), she told me that if the cover was off the mattress, then they wouldn't exchange it. I had another call coming through while I was talking to her, and since I'm the caretaker of my mother, I had to end the callshe would probably state that ended the call abruptly, but that was not the case. Since she told me that they would not exchange the mattress, I decided that it would be useless to call back anyway.

Now, I realize that I should have probably figured out the height of the bed with the mattress before I ordered it, and I should have reviewed their exchange policyI will own up to that. It was just the attitude of the customer service that I received that put a bad taste in my mouth. Of course, I will never do business with this company again, and I will tell any of my friends to do the same.

Top notch service! They care about customers more than the bottom line!
