Never received items I ordered
I wouldn't give this company one star! Ordered $120 worth of herbal supplements and never received them. Asked the company for a refund - they said they wouldn't give me my money back. I'm a repeat customer, but will NEVER purchase from them again. This company has a lot of bad reviews..

Did not receive product. Contacted business several times before getting a response that business delivered product to wrong address. Business refused to give me a refund or resend product despite being a long time repeat customer. Was sent rude emails by business.

Patient ordered on 3/12/20 confirming their address upon checkout. 2. Crane shipped the order on 3/13/20 to the address that the patient confirmed upon checkout. 3. Patient contacted Crane via email on 3/20 saying they did not receive the package. 4. Crane responded on 3/20 with tracking information and an email stating it was delivered on 3/16. 5. Patient emailed on 4/24 (Friday evening) asking for a refund. This was a full month after the initial contact. 6. Crane responded to email on 4/27 (Monday morning) restating the address that the package was sent to (which was confirmed by the patient during checkout) and the tracking information as well as instructions to check with the post office. 7. Patient emailed on May 4 to tell us we sent their package to their old address and they wanted a refund. 8. Crane replied on May 5 to decline the refund request and invited the patient to find another company with whom to do business as we clearly could not make them happy. The issue stems from the fact that whomever paid for the product, did not double check the address and that the package was sent to the the patient's old address. Crane, during the overwhelmingly busy time of early pandemic days, shipped the product promptly to the address provided/confirmed and gave the customer tracking information to follow up with at the post office. We responded in a timely manner to each email. The patient seems to not want to take responsibility for a) confirming the wrong address upon checkout and b) following up with the post office to retrieve their package. They do seem to have time to report Crane to the Revdex.com though. We decline issuing a refund.

Business is missing the main point which is that they have horrible customer service. Treated me extremely rudely, responded to emails with hostility and barely constrained contempt. As a long time customer I find it unbelievable that they responded in such an unprofessional manner. If they had been polite honestly I wouldn't have even filed this complaint. Bottom line is that this business treats its customers very badly. Regards, *** Regards

Crane's management reviewed the correspondence between the customer and our customer service and determined that our customer service manager was professional and direct. She did what she could to assist the customer, barring going to the post office for them. We are a small company and cannot refund purchases that are lost because of incorrect address information provided by the customer. We provided the customer with retrieval options but she chose to bypass them in favor of filing a complaint.

This business still refuses to acknowledge or in any way apologize for being incredibly rude and unprofessional. No "retrieval options" were given to me. I knew that they are a small business which is why I waited to contact them as I initially assumed that they were too busy to send the herbs on time due to corona virus, after which I was mocked by the business for waiting to contact them. Really the whole issue here is that this business has terrible customer service and they have no business being so rude and unpleasant to deal with.
