I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]They were not upfront about any of the chargesThey, simply put, broke the pipeIf I took my car in for a oil change and they broke off the drain bolt would they say oh well sorry you have to pay to fix itThey could of said no we will not turn the pipe but they agreed to do it and they were getting paid to do itThey could of said the pipe may break but they did notI am most upset that they said they would take care of it after I asked stating they don't do business like that and it would be fixedI did not ask for plumbers but I got charged for and one was in training again after being told he was only there to observeI paid for his training which is also not fairWhat happened to the owner who was suppose to show up at my house? If he had I would of known upfront what the charges if any would beWhere was that paperworkNo paperwork, No estimate, Just a bill at the endI trusted them to do the right thingVery shady business and my next step to be determined but I won't go awayJust unfair and as you can see they are not willing to take any responsibility for their work or to try and resolve the issue.

This is an unfortunate situationWe were called to the customers home on 10/and sent a plumber and an apprentice to install two drains for two sinkswe charge portal to portal at $per hrWhile there upon the customers request to "try" and turn a pipe we did soThe pipe was very old,
rusted and full of years of corrosion, unfortunately we are not responsible for the broken pipe, it was done at his request and we cannot control old rusted pipeWhen we returned on 10/ we reinstalled a new hot line from the sink to the water heater areaOur plumbers went above and beyond the required work and chargesOur plumber was there overtime and we did not charge for that,the plumber and apprentice had to "hand thread" the piping to fix this broken pipe we did not charge for that as well The complaint states we charged for the apprentice to train, not true, the bill would have been well over $850.00, not including the material we suppliedWe also offered to discount the bill and to that the customer refusedAt this time we are not willing to refund any moniesIf you have any other questions feel free to give us a call.Thank you*** ***
