The only thing their response did was point to irrelevant facts The relevant fact is Page *** of the transcript records the judge referring to evidence presented of injuries to the cat and the dog There is no evidence of that in the transcript prior to that This is the evidence on which the entire case hinged Obviously, Crane-Snead made a horrible error someplace I cannot produce what isn't there If they can produce transcript passages prior to the judge's comments on Page *** that state the Plaintiffs (false) claims of animal injury, they should But they cannot because they omitted it It is embarrassing how they are dancing around this issue rather than just admitting the obvious mistake they made The transcript they produced is terribly defective

In response to the letter we received, this transcript from a hearing in [redacted] Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court was taken and transcribed by our office.  Mr. [redacted] was present.  Mr. [redacted] has been in touch with our office for the Court’s ruling, which...

was provided. Then we were requested to provide the whole transcript, which was produced March 29, 2017.  The hearing date was 2-16-17.After this was produced, Mr. [redacted] claimed portions were left out of the transcript.  The court reporter went back over the record.  Nothing was left out, nothing has ever been omitted.  This was supposed to be a three-hour hearing which lasted four hours. The court reporter produced the transcript, proofread it and sent it out.  After being questioned about it, having to go through it for another four hours without compensation was going beyond the norm.  Having found nothing missing, it was reported back to Mr. [redacted] everything was transcribed correctly.It has been almost a whole year since this transcript has been produced and delivered to his attorney.  We have heard nothing from the attorneys, nor the judge in this matter about any omissions or corrections needing to be made.  The only statement we have made is the transcript is produced in its entirety; nothing was omitted or left out. Connie A.
