Aloha and I am Derek S*** Owner of Pool Pro Inc ,I am responding to the claim from Mr Q*** in reguards to the leak in poolWe were contracted to resurface pool for Mr *** we gave him a price and he requested to leave exsisting waterline tiles in pool and have us re grout before
plaster ,upon draining pool and tiles were dry you could see calcium deposits on tile and it looked bad .We then had to stop and wait for Mr *** to pick a new waterline tile which took days then we had to order tiles and wait for them to arriveTypically we replace the waterline tile and would have never drain a pool untill we have tile in hand.This also messed up our scheduleand put him at a different plaster dateUpon polish phase we found a spot that was repaired the next dayWe then filled pool up and He then claims we caused a leak in his pool He did not let us monitor or let us trouble shoot leak,he told us that he was going to have a leak detection company and let us know.He finally called back after we informed him that we were turning him over to collections
