crankahaft was sent for repairs, they were completed, bill was paid, product nor money has been returned.A rare crankshaft was sent to be repaired. A price was quoted to cover expense @$435. A partial payment was sent of $235 on September 9. After which was received the work was to be completed. Mr. [redacted] called and stated additional repairs were needed and the remaining balance would now be $330. That payment was mailed on September 21. Mr. [redacted] stated crank would be shipped out when payment was received. Contacted him on September 25, he stated he would ship crankshaft out first of the following week. As of October 9, still no crank and Mr. [redacted] stated again that he would ship it out the beginning of the next week. Contacted Mr. [redacted] on October 16, same story again. On October 26, Mr. [redacted] said I should have received crankshaft already because he has shipped it. October 27, no answer. October 28, he stated he would look up the tracking number and call me back with it. He never called back. Now he will not answer or return my calls. I'm out of an $1800 rare crankshaft, the $78 to ship it to him and the $535 sent to him for the price of the repairs.Desired SettlementI want my crankshaft back or my money back

I paid for services and products that I never received.In 2010 I sent a crank shaft to be repaired, and I ordered a set of aluminum connecting rods. I sent a check for $1,200 for both, which he cashed, but I never received the repaired crank shaft, the connecting rods or a refund. I called numerous times over a period of about eight months and was promised time and time again delivery of the connecting rods, but I never received them. The crank shaft was never repaired and was never returned to me. I brought this to the attention of many agencies with absoultly no satisfaction.
