I am rejecting this response because:Your fees are not clearly statedThey are not in plain sight and the information you are referring to was via a link
within a link. The only fee in plain sight on the listing was $25, which was paidThe link that goes from the listing to the fee schedule opens a small window showing the $fee and yet another link to your fee scheduleFollowing that link there are two statements regarding the $documentation feeOne states that is ranges from $0-$Another statement says boats and RVs have a $documentation fee. Neither describes the other and therefore they contradict each other.Furhermore documentation fee names INSPECTION and PAPERWORK as the source for this feeThe only item that should have warranted inspection was the trolling motor and it was stated in the listing that it was not inspectedThere was nothing done nor communicated to warrant this document feeThis was a poor business transaction and my concerns were ignored on siteI was informed that if I didn't complete the sale that my winning bid would be charged to my credit card even though I am not that conducted poor businessThis absolutely needs to be remedied or escalatedConsumers need to understand that this company may mislead them and bully them into completing a sale in which they are not made fully aware of the fees associated with the transaction and may not receive the assurance that an accompanying inspection related to said fees is supposed to provideOn many levels and for many reasons, I reject this ignorance that has been from inception to this point

Minnesota DMV is currently days behindWe did receive the title on Nov 7th and overnighted it to the Arizona DMVArizona has processed it and we sent you confirmationYour title will be coming from the Arizona DMV and should be arriving soon

Clearly stating the doc fees for watercraft. No refund will be given RV's/campers and watercraft will have a documentation fee of $75.

Minnesota DMV is currently 90 days behind. We did receive the title on Nov 7th and overnighted it to the Arizona DMV. Arizona has processed it and we sent you confirmation. Your title will be coming from the Arizona DMV and should be arriving soon.
