Customer requesting buy back I spoke with Chrysler about this vehicle they said it did not meet the buy back criteriaHow ever we still need to get the vehicle back to look at again as per requested when returning to the customerWe have been
working with the technical division of FCA called Star we could not reduplicate concern after all the up date were performed they told us to let customer drive and when it acted up to bring it back for inspection the customer was told we would provide a vehicle to drive the customer has never returned. Some one from FCA calls every day to see if he has returned yetI called Mr*** September 25th 2015 in the am and ask if it has acted up he stated it has but has not had time to bring it him I ask him to bring the vehicle in so we could look at it again and update our Star case he stated he would bring the car in September 25th 2015, I also told him his car did not meet buy back criteria but we would work with him to get his problems resolved and he agreed to bring his car in
Sincerely,

Our case remains the same we did not damage the car as stated in the last response we watched the car in our surveillance system the car was not damaged here.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the Dodge dealership in the Colerain area, reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  I left the Dodge dealership on date of service (11/06/15) after dropping my car off. I returned approximately 45 minutes later. I never stated "someone leaned on or against my car or it was hit". I asked "what happened to my car?', "It seems as if someone might have backed into something". First discrepancy.! On invoice paperwork from service date (11/06/15) it stated: "aftermarket power cable come off that runs to OEM battery to aftermarket battery, did not reattach cable". On their first reply in response-Revdex.com (11/13/15) from Dodge they stated to me-"we pulled loose" the aftermarket wiring. This is clearly the second discrepancy!    I also never stated my car was damaged in their parking lot. Nor did Dodge walk-around my car prior to or after service. I trusted the alternator recall would be fixed with no further issues. This is clearly not what has happened. I am asking for the crack/damage from Dodge to be fixed! This vehicle could have caught fire or completely shut down while driving in lieu of Dodge's faulty alternator, SCARY! Luckily I was at a red light when it did do just this / shut down completely. I am not wanting to continue bantering back and forth anymore. PLEASE fix what you clearly damaged!

Northgate Chrysler has surveillance camera's. The customers car never got parked in the parking lot since the customer was waiting on the car so it was pulled in to the technicians work area and when finished pulled back up to the service drive. We went back to the surveillance camera's and watched the car the entire time it was here nothing hit the car while we were in possession we did not damage the car. The customers original complaint was we leaned on the car and cause a crack which is not possible either we are not responsible for any repairs.

The Jeep was towed in we are extremely busy and we advised the customer we would get his Jeep worked in as soon as possible. When we pushed the jeep in the shop for diagnostics we found the ignition switch housing broken the part is only available with a complete steering column...

we gave MR Reed the option of a new part with a two year warranty or a used part with no warranty MR Reed choice the used part with no warranty we ordered the parts from the salvage yard. The part arrived a couple days later we installed the column and went to start the car and the battery was dead we jump started car test quality checked all working parts let run to partial charge battery but the battery went low on charge again after sitting a couple of days waiting on customer to pick up. When MR Reed came to pick up we had to jump start again we checked the battery and it says it is extremely discharged we offered to charge the battery but customer declined. The Jeep was not drivable when towed in and sat on our lot we have not serviced the Jeep for several years so we have no idea what shape or condition the rest of the jeep in. Our repair is valid the battery may or may not charge back up the battery would be a completely different repair and should not be at my expense to maintain the Jeep.if any questions feel free to contact [redacted] fixed operations manager 513-[redacted]
