Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved
Regards,
*** ***

As it took over weeks to hear back from Revdex.com and I was uncertain of protocol with this issue I made direct contact with the homeowner
On initial discussion I indicated we would go above and beyond his expectations for resolution I indicated some of the issues on the home were there
before we began work Mr*** was not convinced of my position and I have no photos to back up my claim Regardless of this I indicated we wanted him to be FULLY satisfied with the work
I indicated we would “re-float” the wall in question with new stucco and then, after appropriate curing time, would apply a primer coat and two top coats of paint I indicated we would also address the issues with the fence
A day later after my call to Mr*** he contacted me and indicated he had photos that did indeed show there was previous faulty repairs before we started our work
I told him I was grateful for his call but we still wanted him to be 100% satisfied with the outcome and we were going to re-float the wall in order to exceed his expectations
We have completed that initial “re-float” and are wanting for the curing so we may complete the work!

Everything about the process was great. Crash of Rhinos kept me updated on the project, it was completed in a timely manner and I was very pleased with the results. Another plus is the people. Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite and very easy to work with.

I brought in 6 highly rated painting companies in November 2016 to provide a bid to paint my 3,529 sqft 2 story home in Goodyear, Az. In the end, Crash of Rhinos had the best price, OUTSTANDING customer service, their crews showed up EXACTLY on time, usually within 1-2 minutes of their scheduled arrival/start time, and they ONLY used Dunne Edwards top shelf paint, probably the best paint for the hard conditions of the Southwest. The crews were hard working, knowledgeable and experienced. I am a hard person to impress, and throughout the entire process, the Admin. staff with their daily progress emails and the painting crews at Crash of Rhinos impressed me. I've already had neighbors asking me who painted our home and I happily refer them to Crash of Rhinos. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your home painting needs. Give the owner MIKE a call and you will see what I am talking about. Great Job Guys. :-)

Good crew and they worked hard making minor repairs and then painted the entire exterior. It looks great and will definitely help in selling the house. Crash of Rhinos Painting: You won't go wrong.

What a great job! What a great team! I can't begin to express how delighted we have been with the entire process. Many companies think they can do what they do, but they have shown that they can deliver. There was a seamless hand off from Mike, quoting, to Mary, Office Manager, to Kim, Color advisor, to Jolene, Project Manager, to Coyo, Crew Leader. Each putting our home and time front and center. I genuinely like each person I worked with.

I love the colors and have no doubt that it will wear well. Coyo and his team were real professionals! Prep, attention to detail, friendliness and clean up were all top notch.

Review: I have three issues.

#1. in addition to having my home painted, I also had my RV gates redone (painted, new hardware and new composite wood slats). The owners wife gave me a brochure on different gates for me to choose from and also sent me a photo of a gate. While the wife was at my home I showed her my choice from the brochure and even pointed to a nieghbors gate so she understood clearly what color slats I wanted. This was a two day paint and on the second day the painters were unaware that my gates were also being redone. I had to get the contract to prove to them that the gates are getting done. They installed the wrong color slats and when I notified the owner I was told thats the only color they have. The wife gave me choices and the owner is telling me I have no choices. Someone is not telling the truth. #2. The installation of the new slats for my gate were not done right. There must be a space on the top and bottom to allow for exspansion. Since the installation I noticed that the slats were buckling as it warmed up . Many of them were cut too long for the vertical space on the RV gate. As a result of poor quality install, I now have permanently damaged slats (buckled).

#3. Before painting they did some patch work for hairline cracks and the like. On my west wall the cracks were verticle and horizontal and long. The material used for the patch work was applied too thick. The spray paint is a very thin coat which is why the thick patch work did not blend in properly. My west wall now looks like a tic tac toe board. It turns out that the patch work was a waist of time because the cracks have returned. Had I known what the patch work would do to my home, I would not have had it done,. ,Desired Settlement: I want all these things rectified. I want the color that I chose and proper install for the composite wood. Something must be done on the west wall so the patch work blends in.

Regards,

From the initial visit to our home from the owner to the final touch up of our house painting project, our experience was extremely positive. Communication was done courteously and promptly by phone and email. The option of working with the company for choosing paint colors and contacting the homeowner association was much appreciated. Luis' painting crew were professional and accommodating, even working around a hummingbird nest which was precariously close to the house. We are extremely pleased with our house and highly recommend Crash of Rhinos for all your house-painting needs.

Crash of Rhinos did an excellent job on painting the exterior of my house. The Management and crew were very professional from start to finish. I was very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company for your painting needs.

Crash of Rhinos was the best find, EVER. The entire team at Crash of Rhinos exceeded our expectations in every way. We have already recommended them to several friends and neighbors. Needless to say, we are not a "write a review" type of family. However, we simply could not pass up an opportunity to share the good news. We have had 8 homes over the years and hired countless painting companies. Crash of Rhinos is hands down the best we have ever come across. JOB WELL DONE!

Very happy with quality of work and professionalism. I would and have strongly recommend them.

Crash of Rhinos is a professional company all the way. They made the painting job on our house effortless. The Paint advisor service was worth every penny and made dealing with the HOA transparent. The crew was polite and on time every day.

CoRP transformed our house and we are really enjoying the new color scheme.

Our “new” house pops and is the best looking on the block!

This is the second time we have used them and, happy to report, “fame & growth” have not changed this company a bit.

We are loyal customers.

The entire team at crash of rhinos was great. They explained the entire process and had great follow up. The crew were punctual an were very careful of our belongings. The attention to detail with the job was amazing. They completed the job on time . I would give them my highest recommendation. It was a stress free experience.

Let me begin by apologizing for the tardiness of this review. Several months ago we had Mike from A Crash Of Rhinos painting come out to give us estimates on painting our house. We solicited 5 estimates total. Mike’s estimate was not the cheapest or the most expensive. On his initial visit Mike spent nearly one hour of thorough information gathering, documentation and question answering. He was the only one to spend that much time and I felt like he really cared about the job his company could, and would, do. He was very professional, informative and courteous. After we selected his company to do the job he came out a second time to answer additional questions and concerns.

His crew prepped and painted our house over a 3 day period and they were some of the nicest guys we’ve had doing work on our home.

There were a few glitches along the way, which should be expected on any large job, and a few issues came up after the job was completed but nothing of major importance. A quick phone call / e-mail and the crew were back out to our house and took care of the issues we had in a timely and professional manner. This company stands behind the job they do. I feel confidant if anything comes up with regards to our paint job they will take care of it.

I don’t know if there is a better painting company out there, but considering the paint job we received, I wouldn’t waste my time trying to find out.

If you want a first class paint job at an affordable price don’t hesitate to contact ‘Rhinos’. I know they will be tops on my list for future painting projects. Thanks again to everyone at A Crash Of Rhinos!

Mike, Kim and their crew were fantastic. Mike came to our house to present their company and services and to provide us a quote to paint our house. Kim came to help us with color choices and to set a schedule. She also handled all interactions with the HOA. A couple days later she returned with color samples and applied them to the house so we could see how it would look. They worked within our limited time frame. Now the job is complete and the place looks great. The paint crew worked efficiently and completed the job in a timely manner. When they were done you would never know they had been there except for the fact that the house looks like new. We highly recommend Crash of Rhinos. We have also had Mike quote our parents home in the valley.
Thank you Mike & Kim R[redacted] and crew. A+++

Great company, from start to finish. I have used them several times. They are in great communication, keep you informed all along the project and are very professionally.
