This is supposed to be a monthly subscription my first order was on 12-**-and they claim you can cancel anytime but before I could even decide if I like the product they build my card again two weeks later now they refuse to refund my money telling me the the product has already been pulled from the shelves and packaged for deliveryWhen I told them to cancel they told me it was too late for this month...no You can't call something a monthly subscription if you are going to be billing people every two weeks...I want my money back

I ordered crates from crate club December [redacted] for Christmas presents On December [redacted] my bank contacted me and told me they canceled of the orders because they thought it was fraudSo on December [redacted] I talked to a person at crate club and they canceled orders and reordered more for meThey said give them 7-business days to refund the orders that they canceledOn December ** i got crates from crate club I looked at my bank account and they never refunded me back for the canceled cratesI tried to contact crate club to ask where my refund was and where to send back the crates that they over sent me and to cancel all of my subscriptionsI couldn't get a hold of anyone till it was January after they already charged me for another month on cratesI finally talked to someone at create club they said they was sorry and they would check into the crate refund, and they would cancel all of the subscriptions and refund me back my money in 7-bushiness days,

I placed an order for a one month subscription and was confused when it billed me for a full year supply I’ve tryed contacting them in this day period with no response I have even tryed contacting them through there Facebook page that states they will contact you in day time and still no response I have sent them a mess for them to refund me my $into my account and fix the problem and just give me a month crate to see if my marine boyfriend would like the crate and nothing came about me contacting themI also went through my billing which shows the total of $being taken out of my debit card but instead they took $dollars out and doesn’t explain what the rest of the money was for I feel like they have scammed me out of my money and have the worst costumer service with no number to contact them which states that you can call them but how if there is no number I don’t understand what kind of business they are running if they do not respond I would like my money back

If I could give ZERO stars I would, we contacted the company about how there must have been a mistake because my husband only got a flashlight, deck of cards and a canteen with filter for $I could have found all of the items on Amazon.com for a total of maybe $They also deleted my husbands honest reviews about how he felt he got ripped off and how nothing even got resolved when he contacted themWill never try them again and we will be warning people to save their money!

While signing up for a subscription the Crate Club leads you to believe you can sign up for monthly subscriptionWhen you go to check out it abruptly signs you for a yearly subscription for $My wife immediately cancelled my subscription but they took the whole amount out of our accountWe emailed them a week ago stating our problem and they will not return our emailsThere is also no way of getting ahold of them besides emailNo phone number

They took my money and told me it would ship in the next couple daysAfter calling over and over, I finally got my product weeks later

Last year I purchased a year long subscription with Crate ClubOn December *** of this year, a very large withdraw was made from my checking account by Crate ClubI went online and discovered they had renewed the subscription for two years without my consentI cancelled the subscriptionI emailed support and was told there was an error with the new system they were usingThey said because the subscription was canceled on the same day it was renewed, one box would be sent, but the remainder would be canceled and refundedA refund was promised within to daysAfter days had passed, I emailed again inquiring about the status of the refundAn apology was offered and I was assured the refund was comingIt is now days and still no refundIt is appalling that a veteran owned business would do something like this to a veteran

I was charged for a month subscription that I did not sign up for and was charged over $in shipping fees The company is only available to contact through email or Messanger, they do not provide a phone number Attempted numerous times to contact them to cancel and submit refund with no response They failed to provide a review before finalizing order Orders received are not what they have been advertisingThis business is a scam

Crate Club is a business of monthly subscription crates for so called survival suppliesI paid in full for year (monthly crates)In August we did not receive out monthly crateI received an email stating that there were so called Facebook issues causing them delaysThey would ship both August and September crates starting 09/**/I emailed on 09/**/to see if they would be shipping soonI received a response that they were starting shipping on 09/**/I received no confirmations so I emailed again on 09/**/asking when shipping would take placeI received an email back on 09/**/stating that shipping was again delayed due to moving to a different warehouse and shipping would now be mid October and would include the October crate
I have prepaid for this membership and I was supposed to receive crates, each monthI have now missed and most likely won't receive any more as I feel this company is very deceptive

If I could leave stars that would be more accurateI was shopping for a gift for my brother and discovered Crate ClubIt looked like a great gift idea with some items that I thought my brother would enjoy so I ordered the standard intro crate for month expecting some cool items that I could give him for a Christmas present and maybe he would then continue the subscription for himselfWhen the crate arrived I opened it to find items that were not at all what I expectedIt included a patch, bug spray and a fishing spearThere was not information about the items and no welcome to the club or any additional infoJust these items, poorly packed, for $I contacted Crate Club to ask for a refund and they said it was against company policy to issue refundsI understood that I didn't read the fine print so I simply asked them to cancel the subscription and delete my credit card dataA few weeks later, a notice of a successful auto renewal was emailed to meI quickly contacted them and was assured it was a glitch and I would not be chargedI said, please cancel my account and delete my credit cardThey said sure thingAgain, a new charge for $showed up on my credit card statement from Crate ClubI just contacted them again and have been assured that this was another glitch in the system and the $will be refunded and my account will be deletedWe'll seeMy advice to anyone interested in Crate Club is to forget itGo buy the tactical gear you want yourselfDon't rely on a company that can barely handle basic website and account management to help you prepare for anything
