I paid for a crate motor in February of with Craig S*** who indicated there was a 4-week turn on receiving the complete motor I have made contact with Craig on numerous occasions regarding a payment of approximately $12,and have yet to receive a motorAfter numerous excuses on why I haven't received my motor yet, I requested a full refund of the monies paidI have made attempts to call, leave messages and even drive out to Pennsylvania from IL to see what stage the motor was in for deliveryI found no one at the business I have made attempts over the last 7-days to contact them to no avail They are not returning my phone calls or providing any updates on the motor I paid for in advance BUYERS PLEASE BE AWAREI will be notifying Racing Junk of this information as well DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CRATE MOTOR CONNECTION OR CRAIG S*** IN NEW HOLLAND, PA

First of a;ll, the customer did not buy a new carburetor He sent his carburetor in to be modified to our custom specs We modify 10000s of these carburetors without any issue He sent his carburetor in over a year and a half ago for the first time, he ran it on his race car for an
entire season and then called and said he had a problem with it Craig spoke with him and told him to send it back for our company to check it over (even though this was well out of any type of warranty) our warranty is daysWe completely went through it and did not find any problems with the product and we ran this carburetor on different types of engines, testing horsepower and torque finding it well within spec We returned the customers product at no charge and he called Craig and yelled and screamed and cursed at him and Craig told him that his behavior was completely un-neccassary and that he would be glad to help him as long as he would treat him like a human Craig has also offered to replace the product with another carburetor of the same style.We are not sure what else we can do to help this customer as we have gone above and beyond for him Our products are custom built therefore they are non-refundable for money.If you have any other questions do not hesitate to call Craig at ***Thank you
