I am rejecting this response because:the first thing that fidelity warranty services told me is that I need to cancel the contract through crater lake fordI am still getting the run around on this issueThey did state that I could send the original contract to Florida for consideration of cancellationHowever if they did not cancel it then I would have no proof of a contract if it comes to a lawsuitTherefore I do not feel I can send the original out at this timeCrater lake fords claim that the contract was not brought up the first time of service is not correctIt was brought up then discounted by service personnelIt has never been honored and I have no reason to believe that it will ever be honored by crater lake ford.
Sincerely,
