The only information received from Spring Roberts, Crates Etcwas as follows ###-###-#### phone number; www.facebook.com/cratesetc2015; [email protected] sale took place at the Hocking Hills outdoor flea market 09/24/ She was set up out the back of a car When I contacted [redacted] soffice, they found the NSouth St., Wilmington, OH address She also has a display booth at the Hocking Hills Craft Mall, but they would not give me any more info.I do not understand why we can not get our signs We know they have been completed as are shown on their website They were paid for 9/24th.We would appreciate any help you can give us

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Spring R[redacted] clearly states in her reply that she offered us a refund. AFTER the offer was made she asked for the junk pieces back. Never before. Never once did she ask for them back when she offered to redo them. Only after we said ok, give us a refund. Furthermore... we paid for FOUR separate items and only received TWO pieces which she admits (I have the texts to prove it) that they were junk, not what we asked for at all and looked like a 5 year old made them. At the VERY LEAST we deserve a refund for 2 of the 4 pieces since we only received two pieces of trash. Not 4 like we paid for. This is only common sense.

I have texts that prove we offered a refund before they told us they threw away the piece. Instead of making 3 separate bowls we made one big stand with 3 bowls in it. That was my mistake and the product she received cost more that what we quoted for because I calculated wrong. and that was my fault. I wasnt going to change pricing because of that. So when I offered to make a new one they said yes, but after that was I being harrassed and texted everyday. I had enough and said I didnt want to finish it and that I would refund them and they said that they threw away the piece. It was my understanding that when I told them we would make them a new one, then they would give the other back.

This customer ordered a couple items off of us, along with her spouse [redacted]. We made the products, they took them home and they messaged me later on that night and said they didnt like it. No problem, we said we would redo them. From the very first day of their order, [redacted] would message...

me everyday about the orders and everyday life ( which was fine) but it got to the point where she was sending paragraphs of messages. at least 10 a day. From the day we gave them their order, [redacted] would message me everyday asking if it was done. Finally I had enough with it all and I said I would just refund them back because they had already went to social media about how the bad the product looked. After I told them I would refund them, I was getting these long messages about how they wanted it for their dog that passed, almost to the point where it sounded like a crazy person messaging me. I asked them for the product we made back and they said they threw it away. So I refused a refund. So they started harassing me on [redacted] and when I wasnt responding , I think they got the hint. I have all the messages if you need to see them
