I hired Crave Catering for my wedding on June 18th 2016. I had a invoice sent to me laying out the pricing and what to expect. I did not receive much of what was promised on the invoice. The caterer required a payment in full. I will be proceeding in small claims to get my money back. The attendant who showed up to make and serve the food, was drinking on the job and did not bring all of the correct food. He was over an hour late and left over an hour early. On 10/3/2015 I used the catering services from Crave Catering sold to me by the Owner, [redacted], for our wedding in South Lake Tahoe. My request for services was discussed at a prior date and I was asked to pay the full amount for my request in advance, including gratuity. One the day of the wedding, the team at Crave showed up 3 hours late to the wedding. We could not set up our wedding properly because they were also including in the cost, the linens and table settings. We prolonged the start of our ceremony in hopes that they would arrive shortly, because the guests would then be waiting around for food after the conclusion of ceremony. We finally needed to start the wedding, as we had other paid vendor contracts that would be ruined if we did not finish at our designated time (party rental equipment, photographer, DJ). The ceremony finished and they team had still not arrived. When they did arrive, the following are all of the things that were not correct. The linens were not what we ordered. They did not have our alcohol that he pushed us to pay for in advance. Said we didn't order it. Kids beverage made was made with Vodka. Drinks not labeled and underage children drank it. Not enough plates- guests ate cake on napkins. Not enough glasses. Guests used coffee cups for wine/toast. Appetizers were not as described and freezing cold. He blamed the weather, yet they should have just plated it from their oven pans. The dinner, when finally served was so late that we were already to the point of cutting cake. Guests left because they were starving. GUests also had to buy drinks for us on own. The dinner was now overcooked and not what was ordered. The sauces as ordered were not even present. Instead, sauce from side dish used on meat. The staff, except 1, was rude and not helpful. Acted like this was normal. Dessert Bar that was ordered for $300 did not including what was discussed. I complained to staff. THey said [redacted] would fix it. Contacted [redacted] he admitted they messed up but has yet fixDesired SettlementNo business delivering this poor of service should expect to be paid for this. I want my money returned to me as due. I contacted Owner [redacted] and have given him 5 months to resolve and he keeps making excuses. He told me that in the State of Nevada, services were rendered. But they absolutely were not. He knows the team messed up. There are several other customers complaining of the same issues saying the company is a Scam/Frauds. There is a pattern of this.I want a full refund!They lied and stole
