*** has tried multiple options to rectify this customers complaintAt ***, we strive to keep our prices reasonable and have not received any other complaints concerning feesAdditionally, we do quarterly price analysis with the competitors in our area and also provide
options of stylist tier pricingAll new color clients do require a complimentary consultation to ensure customized prices and servicesThe client is correct, she did not receive an Ombre but a Balayage which the stylist did adjust from a 'long' to 'short', which is a $differenceHair cuts are not based on length but again by stylist tiers, which the client was made aware ofThe resolutions offered to this client to amend the complaint were; to change the service from a Balayage to a Partial Highlight which would be applied as a $credit to her next serviceThe other resolution offered was to return to *** for a complimentary service to remedy the clients dissatisfaction with original servicePlease note this client declined to modify original color service and stated, "I love my hair, *** gave me exactly what I asked for." It should be noted this client did not express her discontent at checkout until receiving negative feedback from friends or familyClient declined all resolutions offered

Crave acknowledges this customers expression of discontent, however we have exhausted all reconciliation options by offering a discount on the original service and/ or a complimentary service. It is unreasonable to demand a full refund, when the service was rendered as requested. We have done a personal review with our Artist and conclude there was no negligence.

[redacted]She is correct I told her I loved how my hair turned out because it's what I asked for when I came in. But I also told her what I paid for did not match with what I got. Which was different from what I was quoted over the phone. She is inccorecr where she states I didn't say anything at check out. I asked the lady at the front why my services were so much at that time I just wanted to leave I had my 7 yr old step daughter with me and I also thought maybe I'm just not seeing the color. As we all have had hair cuts and color before and probably not always have been satisfied I didn't want to hurt [redacted]s feelings by saying I don't like it or I'm paying too much. I declined going back to fix it because I thought, what are you fixing I told you I like what I got my concern is how much I paid for what I got. I also didn't think getting $30 credit was even close to what I should be getting back. My friends and myself noticed the only change to my hair was the cut. If crave made a $30 change to my fee and is now offering to refund $30 why wasn't the change made at time of purchase for $60 instead of $30? I would not want to return to this place. I am not the only person who feels that they over charge. I did read their good reviews and there is someone else with the same situation as myself.
