Cravedog

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Over the past two months, I have been very patient and understanding while working with Cravedog despite their many miscommunications leading to several mistakes and erroneously printed materials; printed without my approval or knowledge After two months, I was told that no items from my LP project were in production and thusly I canceled the project due to the many miscommunications and mistakes made by a new Cravedog employee During that conversation with the new Cravedog employee, I was talked over, yelled at and unable to have a professional conversation It was days after this conversation and cancelation that Cravedog finally informed me that LP materials were printed erroneously and without my approval Since there are two separate projects with Cravedog (LP and CD), I would like two separate resolutions which I have not yet received For the CD project, I'm not asking for anything unreasonable, only that I am provided what was paid for and agreed upon: either a full refund or a full factory reprint as per their Terms and Conditions For the LP project, I'm asking to not be held liable for the mistakes Cravedog and their new employee made, without my knowledge or approval, during this lengthy two month process I would like to reiterate that I have reached out to Cravedog via phone/voicemail and have yet to receive the professional courtesy of a return phone call to resolve this situation before reaching out to the Revdex.comAs I've mentioned before, I have been and continue to be willing to negotiate to bring an end to this unfortunate situation Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Hi, *** is trying to get out of an LP order he placed with us back August 5th [redacted] has been in correspondence during this past month for both his orders and well before the CD & LP order came inWe were just made aware of [redacted] desire to cancel his LP order over the phone while collecting his payment for his CD order, just last week We've responded to [redacted] emails, phone calls and have offered resolution [redacted] has been quick to anger and being completely unreasonable in his request(s)We have signed order forms and [redacted] provided all assets for both his LP & CD order We've worked with [redacted] since and we've never had a problem with him in the past and we've not collected deposits on the last few jobs, including this most recent CD orderI have full documentation of emails, order forms and written correspondences for both ordersAt no time had we received a stop order cancellation until early last week via a phone call As for the CD that [redacted] is speaking of we've already asked our CD plant to repress the CD with the correct white flood design intentWe've been up front, honest and willing to work with *** Please let me know what else we can doWe're just trying to collect for work done Thanks, Todd
