Review: I took my car to this location in order to fix my tire. I waited for almost one hour and they saiid your tire is repaired. I paid $42.40 and walk out. I went to [redacted] MD to visit my family stayd there for couple of hours and then I realized that I have flat tire again on the same tire (rear left). It was sunday and they were already close so I couldn't call them. Next day I called them and informed them about what happened last night, they said they need to see the tire to find out what causing this. They also said I can take it to any [redacted] shop so next day I took it to [redacted] location which is close to my work. They looked at the tire and told me that there is also another hole next to the one that they already pat hed and they can't repair it. So instead of putting biger patch to cover both holes they only cover one and apparently they didn't test it after that. Anyway I ended up paying $203.14 for a new tire which I'm requesting refund for it.Desired Settlement: Requesting $203.14 refund due to bad repair.

Review: On March 29, 2013 I took my car in to get an inspection, to only find out later that my car also got inspected for my personal items. I had left my burberry watch hidden in my car because I was suppose to take it to the store to get it fix after getting my inspection. Upon entering my car the first thing I checked for was my watch, of course it was missing. I gave everyone a chance to confess if they took it before I reported it to the police. No one confess, and the cop also reported that no one wanted to cooperate with her so she had to turn it over to the detectives. I contacted coporate shortly after the cop left about this issue and never heard back about regarding the issue. I had to call back and finally got some answer which they forward me to the district manager. He agreed to replace my missing item but never contacted me back after our phone conversation. Two weeks later after speaking with the district manager, I called customer service line for them to tell me that they will not be responsible for my missing item.Desired Settlement: An apology and hopefully a replacement of my item like I was told.

Review: I initially brought my vehicle in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I dropped my car off at 7:00 Am and one of the guys gave me a ride to work (a few blocks away) and was going to pick me up at 3:00 when I got off. A few hours later I got a call saying that my car needed a brake flush, new rotors and new brake pads. I was well aware of the needed repairs, and approved the repairs that would cost me $600.00. I was assured that the service would be completed before I got off of work, and that I would be picked up at 3:00 sharp. 3:00 rolled around and they said they were on their way. I sat outside my job for an hour. I only work maybe a few blocks away from Mr. tire but it was raining so I couldn't walk. Finally I got picked up, and went back to pay for the repairs. I got in my car the "change oil soon" light was still on and there was no new sticker in my window. I talked to the manager he took it back in the service area, assured me the oil change was done and reset the light and out a new sticker. Here I am a few weeks later, and decided to check the levels of all my fluids, my oil only had HALF OF A QUART OF OIL IN IT. I Immediately called the manager and took my car back to have it looked at. They said indeed it was only half a quart of oil in it, but I had absolutely no oil leeks. He had no explanation as to why there was no oil in my car. I believe they were rushing to get my car finished and they took all the old oil out of my car, and forgot to put in new oil. By the grace of GOD my engine has not locked up and so far, it appears to not have had any damage done. This is completely unacceptable, serious and costly damage could have been done due to carelessness and negligence .Desired Settlement: I would like a complete refund for the $39.99 + tax & shop supplies I paid for.
