They talk the talk, but by no means can they walk the walk.....or even crawl for that matter
Imagine for a moment that an appliance of absolute importance to you and your family failedImagine now that you have a home warranty agency and that upon calling them they send out Crawford ApplianceTo make this an even more colorful image, this also wasn't the first repair contractor to look at this applianceIn fact this would be the second one!
After a long conversation with my Home Warranty agency who informed me of all the things my policy covers and the very "simple" process, I called *** at Crawford to schedule what would turn out to be a month and a half long ordeal
*** ensured me that they would treat me with absolute respect and that their technician can fix just about anythingWell during this call I confirmed that they were familiar with the model number and type of appliance, (the previous repair company, had no experience with said model)So we started the process of getting it fixed, at least that's what I thought
Months later and after multiple visits, it was clear that with all the parts they replaced and time they invested, they simply had no idea as to why it wasn't workingCalling ***, my thought was for sure if these guys couldn't figure it out who couldso she canceled the work order and reported to my warranty agency they had no idea on the problem and that in fact they could not fix this very common appliance
So if you're looking for a repair company that's familiar with everyday products and appliances you can pick up at ***, these are not your alliesAt this point, in my opinion, the only appliance they could fix would be a toaster
I'm not very pleased with Crawford repair services! The customer service receptionist was extremely unprofessional as if she had an attitude when she answered the phone. She never said her name when she answered the phone & when I asked how she was doing she said in a nasty tone "Working"! The lady short talked me & then slammed the phone down on my ear... I understand that we as people have a good & bad days but this is not a good look for your company at all
