I am having no success with technical support with Pixels.com/Fine Art AmericaI am a photographer and have utilized their sites for about two monthsI have been having massive problems with both sitesOn Pixels I can not upload imagesMy problems started in the midst of a group even uploadAlso the tech support person is non-responsive for the most part and refuses to address the issues presentedI am not a xenophobe by any stretch of the imagination but it is as if she does not comprehend the English languageOut of continued frustration I have requested that they remove their widget from my domain so that I can move onThe tech representative has so far refused to give me the information to either do it myself or to do it on their endThis is the absolute worst customer experience I have ever encounteredI have sent close to emails trying to get them to address the problemsI have requested that the tech rep forward my issues to someone else in the companyIt's a no goI just want to move on and I can't even do that

I placed an order through pixels.com using a gift cardPart of my order was canceled without notifying me & the charge was not refunded or credited to my accountI had to hunt down customer support to ask them why an item was missing from the shipping invoicesNot only did it take customer service several days to get back to me after each communication, eventually they stopped responding at all unless I sent them several emails prodding them to get back to meIt has been very near to TWO MONTHS since I placed the order & still NOTHING has been done or resolvedThe last I heard from them they wanted me to pay out of pocket to re-order the item with the promise that they would "refund" my credit card immediatelyNo way I'm stupid enough to do that after they've ignored my complaint for over a monthHow could I possibly trust that they'd actually refund the card? In addition, they basically stole the canceled item's cost by not crediting my account or another gift card afte

I am trying to reach technical support, because I think my account may have been hackedI want to make sure my billing information safe immediatelyI have called customer service twice today they refuse to helpI have also submitted to support tickets within the last hrsI did not receive any confirmation of the ticketsI don't know if the went through
Heres: what's wrong:
I have artist accountsOne is a premium personal accountThe other one is a Gallery accountI set them up with different email accounts for the loginI cannot login in to my gallery accountIt tells me I'm using the wrong email addressI am not using the wrong emailI didn't change it!!! That's what makes me think it was hacked!
