So far not to happy, almost no comunicatiions. My check cashed July 20, Received email that process takes 6 weeks. After 6 weeks called
And told parts on order, which you would think would have been done when they took the money. If I didn't call several times I would not know any status They don't communicate within there own company. My hoa approved in a week, And they were told and sent email that it's approved, Weeks later they don't know status. Have emails sent between Rudy and others. I can't review install I am still waiting. Almost afraid to see how long a problem may take to fix. I am scheduled in October. Almost 4 months from when you pay to when they come.
