I went to them with my Chevy Suburban for repair to a couple of thing in the last weekI came in there to replace both sand belts and both sand belt tensioners as well as an idler pulleyI had all the parts with me and went in there to have them put them onThe mechanic gets everything off and told me my fan belt that I brought in was not right, charged me bucks for the correct part plus laborI find out later the part number was the right part numberHe also said here's your idler pulley belt and told me I didn't need oneI asked him if he was sure, because I was certain I needed one, and he said yesI go to get my oil changed at another shop and was told that my idler pulley has  black marks on one side of the metal and it was about to come offI knew it needed to be replaceHe has blocked my phone number so I have no way to contact the company
