Review: I contracted with this business to install a new roof on my home. During the installation it rained, and as a result damage was done to my master bedroom ceiling. I told the contractor/owner [redacted] he came down from the roof immediately, observed the damaged ceiling and indicated he would repaint the ceiling. He asked that I allow 2 to 3 weeks for the ceiling to dry and he would come back and paint the ceiling. I called him on November 20 and he set a date for November 23. Tray was generally late, but when he did not arrive around noon on the 23rd, I called left a voice mail message. He did not return my call, so I called and left 2 more voice mail messages during the week. I just purchased this house and feel horrible that he never had any intentions to do the right thing.Desired Settlement: At best I would like him to pay me for the cost of the paint and the labor to repaint my ceiling. At worst, I want to alert as many unspecting consumers as possible to stay away from this business. No integrity.
