We as a company are very proud of our reputationWe have treated 10's of thousands of WNY'ers with positive resultsWe try to achieve 100% satisfaction but when a company like ours deals in the volume we do it is impossible to meet the 100% standardThere are always a few who do not understand the program and only complain at the end to try and get something for free or in this case ask for their money backIn this case [redacted] misunderstood the year program as it was explained to herFor years while you are having your laser hair removal treatments you will be hair freeIt does not state anywhere in any of our material that you will get years after your initial years free treatments and receive treatments during this year timeframe.The manager has called and explained this to [redacted] again and she stated she understood thisAfter all, we did all the treatments for [redacted] and expect to be paid for our services

The statements above are false. Buffalo laser Spa told me I lost 1/4 inch in total which is not enough to be noticeable and different technicians measured me which is inconsistant. When compairing the before and after photos, the technician ( Dawn) admitted she could not see any change. This is when I asked for my money back and Lisa told me no but they will offer other services which were the same cost. Now I see the costs are very different and I was hoping to get something for my money, but nothing worked. This may work for large people just because they change the way they eat, drink more water and exercise. I do not believe it has anything to do with the lasers. Again BLS would not give me any photos or #'s they wrote. Lisa told me I would see great results, never explaining this may not work. as I stated in my complaint, I would have gotten guaranteed surgery for less money but was afraid of dieing and leaving my 1 yr old son. I am a hard working professional, helping cancer patients find better treatment options for a more quality as well as quantity of life.  I truly believe BLS takes advantage of those who are vulnerable. Also, I did not complete the extra services they offered because I was so disappointed that the service I went for was a joke and I felt I should contact Revdex.com as I realized I had been taken for over $4200.00. I cancelled appointment. I beg you to please help me get my money back and stop BLS from doing this to hard working, honest people who are trying to feel better about themselves. I have no reason to lie and am heart broken that a business owner can be proud to take money for false hope services. Please Revdex.com Help. This experience has taught me as long as I am healthy and I know I take excellent care of myself that I should accept and love who I am.

I agree that you should pay for services you receive but you should also receive excellent service and results when a customer spends $1,595.00.  When I went for a consultation I was told that it would only take 4-6 treatments and I would be done so I decided to begin treatment and paid $800.00.  When I was still having trouble with regrowth of hair I was told that I would have to pay more to continue treatments – after paying so much money I thought I would have wasted my initial money so I paid $795.00 and continued treatments.  When I completed my last treatment I was told that in the future I would need to come back for touch ups.  Please remember that I was remembering their ad of “Home of the 2-Year Hair Free Guarantee”.  Buffalo Laser Spa also advertised ‘Never Shave Again’ – this is false because during my treatments I still needed to shave at least once a week!  I never expected any refund of money from Buffalo Laser Spa – when I called to voice my complaint I thought they would ask me to come in for a few additional treatments but instead was told that I would need to pay $700.00 for more treatments! Please make this known to the public so no one else falls for Buffalo Laser Spa’s misleading advertising.
