They encapsulated two crawlspaces and a small area under some stairs that are off my finished basement in late July My basement moisture problem began to get worse early in I called [redacted] times from June - July I was either put off or an appointment was scheduled, then canceled by him The communication then turned to text messages I was informed via text on July that he would not be able to make an appointment due to another job taking too long and was told it would be the next weekOn July 28, he said he would be at my house that Friday (July 31) at 10:30.On Thursday, he said he had another appointment 10:and would come to my house after thatThat afternoon, I texted to ask when he expected to be here He replied that he couldn't but would the following MondayAgain, he didn't come I was on vacation for two weeks and contacted him when I returned (on a Wednesday) I asked when he could come and was told :"not this week," He never contacted me again and I gave up after total texts, in addition to the numerous phone calls, over a period of almost months I was given a one year warranty on mold I contacted him months after the work I have mold on the floor joists in at least one of the crawlspaces that was encapsulated Crawlspace Solutions should have been responsible for mitigation, but while it is easy enough to get them to come to your house to do the work, they evidently don't stand behind it, as all they do is put you off

I called [redacted] 7 times from June 24 - July 23. I was either put off or an appointment was scheduled, then canceled by him. The communication then turned to text messages. I was informed via text on July 23 that he would not be able to make an appointment due to another job taking too long and was told it would be the next week. On July 28, he said he would be at my house that Friday (July 31) at 10:30.On Thursday, he said he had another appointment 10:30 and would come to my house after that. That afternoon, I texted to ask when he expected to be here. He replied that he couldn't but would the following Monday. Again, he didn't come.

I was on vacation for two weeks and contacted him when I returned (on a Wednesday). I asked when he could come and was told :"not this week," He never contacted me again and I gave up after 16 total texts, in addition to the numerous phone calls, over a period of almost 2 months.

I was given a one year warranty on mold. I contacted him 11 months after the work. I have mold on the floor joists in at least one of the crawlspaces that was encapsulated. Crawlspace Solutions should have been responsible for mitigation, but while it is easy enough to get them to come to your house to do the work, they evidently don't stand behind it, as all they do is put you off.
