Ordering the product twice was a simple mistake - not something I am upset with myself for doing because mistakes are a simple part of lifeWhat is upsetting is the lack of understanding, dishonesty in hidden fees, the business lying about actual shipping cost, and now the attack made on me personally in the last message The initial offer made would have had us paying over $to include covering their initial cost of shipping plus the return, which I would have no problem doing if the shipping cost to get the item to me was in fact $as listed through AmazonHowever, apparently the shipping price was hidden within the price of the product - adding on an addition $dollars to the total priceThe seller then listed on the website that shipping was only $4.99, which is incredibly dishonest and misleading That being said, I did offer to pay the full shipping return cost on my own in exchange for a full refund which was deniedHowever that is an offer that I am still leaving on the table pending a full refund

ordering product to ask the return policy. We do not accept returns. Customer emailed and explained that they are a non-profit with limited funds and would like to return the goods, despite our no return policy. Out of goodwill, we said that they could ship the items back to us, minus our actual shipping costs. However, customer wanted to start negotiating how much our actual shipping costs were and they did not accept my offer. Instead, we immediately refunded them our profit on the sale and allowed them to keep the product. It seems to me that the customer is upset at themselves for making some errors (duplicate ordering and not checking our return policy in advance), and instead is trying to put the blame on us. We do not see any reason why we should be forced to pay for their errors. Despite this, we have issued them a partial refund.

What is upsetting is the lack of understanding, dishonesty in hidden fees, the business lying about actual shipping cost, and now the attack made on me personally in the last message.
The initial offer made would have had us paying over $40 to include covering their initial cost of shipping plus the return, which I would have no problem doing if the shipping cost to get the item to me was in fact $4.99 as listed through Amazon. However, apparently the shipping price was hidden within the price of the product - adding on an addition $21 dollars to the total price. The seller then listed on the website that shipping was only $4.99, which is incredibly dishonest and misleading.
That being said, I did offer to pay the full shipping return cost on my own in exchange for a full refund which was denied. However that is an offer that I am still leaving on the table pending a full refund.
