Crazy About Cups

Paid extra for 5 day processing. I had to contact the company to get an update on my order. Finally after several emails and phone calls, I received an email response staying my order would be shipped the following business day...it was not shipped until two days later. Cups were then received at 6:15 pm Saturday when I should have received them by Thursday. So needless to say, my brother didn't get to have monogrammed cups for his wedding. I paid for 12oz frosted flex cups and received Styrofoam...with my information spelled incorrectly. I am so upset. I have not heard anything from this company even after asking to be contacted by phone and sending multiple emails. So I paid $169.95 for cups that were not only not delivered on time, but worth less than the $49 that I would have paid for the Styrofoam ones if I had wanted those...as my information was wrong. Very disappointed for sure.
