I can certainly understand the reason for this complaint. The boots should have been shipped in November as was promised and it is true that another employee mistakenly sold them in January because of the November date the employee assumed another pair had been shipped to this customer. The tardiness and miscommunication is strictly a fault that the business assumes. I have the boot placed on reorder and intend to have them shipped by the end of March. If the supplier is out of stock I will see that a refund is given by the end of March as per customer request. Again, I apologize for the unnecessary lengths this customer had to go through. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer satisfaction and we are very sorry that we didn't maintain this with this customer.
