JR of Crazy Cazboys Reached out via phone call we both had a great conversation, it wasn't defensive in any way and that is a rare quality now a days. The product which was in question is being replaced by a new one. I commend JR and Crazy Cazboys for going over and above to making this situation a exemplary example of how all business's need to operate, It is to bad that Crazy Cazboys has to take back a product that someone else used now there on the short side.
