Crazy Charlie's Car Wash

Review: On 6/14/2014, I went to this business to use the pressure washer to clean my engine for my car and truck. I swiped my card only once for both transactions to pay for $3.00 dollars for 3 minutes of service. Later that evening when I checked my bankstatement from USAA I found that the business swipped my card for $30.00 dollar. The reason I am filing this complaint is becasue I went to Goggle plus to read about the business and noticed that this happened to another customer and he attempted to call the business to get reimbursement but they he implied they never responded.Desired Settlement: To me this is very unprofessional practices as if I wanted to pay $30.00 dollars to clean my engine I would have had someone do it professionally. I want to be reimbursed $24.00 dollars and this matter is resolved. I viewed my bank statement and right now I am only charged once thank goodness but if I find another charge for $30 dollars I want all money reimbursed as this still does not excuse the actions of taking more than was done in the inception.
