Completely unprofessional We were told the work could be done in a month We found a company that could come the next week, so we went with them The day our new company showed up to work, we got a nasty call from L and S brick services that we gave their job away My husband called to remind the owner that he had said a month and that my husband had intended on calling him this week Once again, he was yelled at and then the owner of L and S hung up on him mid sentence VERY unprofessional and disappointing I understand his disappointment in losing the work, but some self control and professionalism would get you more business from our friends in the future
I took my cats to be groomed; shorthaired and longhairedThey got there at 8:00, at 11:amThey called me and said that they couldn't groom one of my cats the way I wanted because the groomer doesn't like how a cat looks with that specific cutI ultimately decided that I would take that cat elsewhere to be groomed, but to still bathe the short hair catWell, the groomer decided that she wasn't going to bathe my shorthaired cat if I was taking my longhaired cat elsewhere and to pick them both upWhen I got there to pick up the cats I asked to speak to the manager, she indicated that she was also the groomer and to quote her, "she didn't have time for this today." No problem, if you don't value your customer, my business is going elsewhereI wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
