This is the*** position and of course it is very inaccurate If I need to provide witness statements I canThe*** did not accommodate at allThere were at least three others who could've helped out and one waiter to fifteen or more guests is unacceptableThe restaurant only had two other tables of two people occupied at the timeThe waiter said his*** told him to confront people about his tipsThe manager has since approached some of these same guests & asked them to drop this complaintThis is very unacceptable along with poor service nobrefills & more than one order was incorrect

Revdex.com spoke with the[redacted] of the restaurant. This party reservation was made for 15 people in advance of the meal. At the time of the party about 10 additional people were added to the event, and the business attempted to accommodate as best as they could. They did have one server at the...

time to serve the entire party.  There was an order that did not come out correctly, a cheeseburger that was ordered with bacon but did not have bacon. When the party went to leave a few guests elected not to tip the server. He was told not to ask about it to the guest so he would not embarrass anyone. However, he went on his own to ask. He has been spoken with by the [redacted] so this does not happen in the future.

Review: I was in a group of about 20 people for a surprise birthday luncheon. The restaurant was cold, everyone ate in their jackets. We had one waiter, while others including the manager stood around for most of the time watching this one guy waited on our table. About 5 of the orders were messed up by time we got them an hour later. Not one to want to complain, I paid my bill and left. As I was pulling out the parking lot, the waiter runs out with the ticket in his hand, asking why he didn't get a tip. After going back in to speak with the manager who wanted to hear nothing I had to say and the reasons why he didn't get a tip I left noticeably upset. I also found out during my return into the restuarant, that "[redacted]" our waiter had asked one other patron in my party why they did not tip him. The manager's response was he doesn't work for free. Well the service sucked, food wrong, and the restaurant unseasonably cold. There were only 4 other patrons in the restaurant but our party wasn't a priority.Desired Settlement: I would love for their to be training on proper customer service. This young man obviously doesn't know how to wait tables properly. Also, the manager needs to apologize because if she had offered him some help, maybe he wouldn't feel the heat. We had to call him several times for different things as he did not check back with other regulary. We ran out of drinks. I would also like my $40 meal refunded to me or a gift card to anything other than Crazy Greek as I will never visit again!
