When billing for medical services with persons involved in a legal case, state laws and our contractual obligations as preferred providers for health insurance companies often determine what we are allowed to do. That is why our office billed the health insurance, forgoing sending bills to the attorney.
After fully reviewing the issues in this complaint, we have removed this client from collections and her information has been corrected with the 3 major credit reporting agencies. The staff member who originally handled her concerns at our billing office level is no longer employed with our company. We have new staff who are better trained with handling these complicated situations.

I bought an office desk from this place. Saw the display model and said I wanted to purchase it. Bought the box home and it was full of rat feces and bugs. I came back and wanted a refund or exchange and the manager [redacted] said "tough luck, get out or ill call my boyfriend" and threatened to beat me up.
Left there immediately, never doing business again. Terrible people, bad business practice.
