Crazy Mocha

Review: I got double charged for a purchase on November 16th at approximately 10:30am. I went back later that day to reI contacted the manager via email the next day and informed him of the situation, along with a screen shot of my bank info so he could see the double charge. He said that he would look into it, but I didn't hear from him for over a week. I emailed him again on November 26th, and I have not gotten a reply. I can provide the bank information if needed to show that there was a double charge. The amount was only $6.24, but I'm afraid that this might be a common occurrence at this cafe, and they are hoping people don't check their accounts regularly to see the mistake.Desired Settlement: I would just like a refund, or at least a gift card in this amount. If you guys could help me with this I would be extremely grateful. Thanks for your time.
